After an installation or update an overview panel appears with version, status and entry points to getting started, download key and manual. A click on "Enable updates" leads straight to the update sites, already filtered to missing download keys. The extension manager now shows the list of changes behind the version number.

Notices about the state of the booking overview or about DPCalendar being disabled now appear in the overview panel instead of loosely beside it.

The adjusted booking overview is managed automatically: installation and update set it up, uninstalling removes it again. An overview you adjusted yourself is never overwritten or deleted in the process, only reported. The installation checks beforehand whether DPCalendar version 10 or newer is present, and stops with a clear message otherwise.

Security

The access check now uses DPCalendar's own permission for bookings on behalf of others, additionally per calendar for each event. The automatic account creation requires the permission to create users; groups with administrative rights are excluded as a target. User names and email addresses are displayed safely in all messages; technical details only appear in the log. Price-relevant and internal fields can no longer be set from outside. Ticket quantities are limited server-side to the limit and the remaining capacity.

Added

The user selection searches name, username or email from two characters on and stays fast even with very many users. Full events with a waiting list are bookable; the status "waiting list" is preselected so that nothing is overbooked by accident. Success messages link directly to the booking created. "Back to the booking form" in the personal data step keeps all entries. New options for the maximum number of list entries and of users per booking run.

Changed

The status selection is reduced to the values that make sense in the backend. The event list shows the number of hits and points out truncated results; the location filter only appears with a manageable number of locations. From six booked users on, a summary message appears instead of many individual ones; warnings stay individual. Tables, dates and card titles are consistent and usable with screen readers.

Fixed

Enabling one calendar accidentally enabled all calendars below it as well. With multi-user booking, error messages were lost or assigned to the wrong user.
